Womens 2nd Semi Final
After an incredible first season our womens team have bowed out after being defeated on Saturday. Going into the last quarter 23 points down, the girls played their hearts out but were unable to overcome Murrumbeena who won by 11 points.

Congratulations to Andrew ‘Sparkles’ Jansen who took out the Alan Meaney medal in the Seniors from Mark Jamieson and Ryan Stringer last Sunday at the vote count.
This is Sparkles third B&F for the club and is a testament to his skills and value to the team.

The Womens vote count will be completed at the presentation night and appears to be between Jade Barden and Rachel Martin only seperated by 1 vote with a couple of rounds to go.

Its with great sadness that the club has been informed of the passing of Graeme Heath.
A past player, President (73 Premiership) and Life Member, Graeme was involved in many sports in Bayside holding positions at many clubs over the years.
A regular attendee at East Brighton games until health issues slowed him down, he was a pillar of the club for many years and will be missed by many.
The President and the committee extend our condolences to all to all of Graeme’s family.
